We hope that you love your Myrna Phillips® product and want you to be happy with it. If the item you purchased is not what you expected please return to us within 14 days of delivery date. The delivery confirmation date will be considered Day 1.
E-mail Contact@MyrnaPhillips.com letting us know to expect your return, you must also provide us with the shipping tracking number. Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon arrival, followed by a confirmation e-mail. Shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have original tags, and be in its original packaging. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Please return your item in an appropriate shipping box to make sure the packaging nor the item are damaged during shipping.
